Revenue Operations Specialist

I rollen som Revenue Operations Specialist hos e-conomic vil du være med til at skabe struktur og effektivitet i vores salgs- og omsætningsprocesser. Du vil være ansvarlig for at sikre, at vores arbejdsgange er effektive, veldokumenterede og skaber værdi. Derudover skal du have en dialogue med Data Analyst'en Lina for at se på de nyeste data og se, hvor processerne kan justeres til bedre resultater.
Årsag til denne rolleDenne rolle opstår som følge af den hurtige vækst hos e-conomic, hvor vi har behov for at opbygge en stærk operations-funktion, der kan drive frem mod større resultater. Vi søger en expert, der kan bidrage til dette arbejde ved at identificere muligheder for forbedring og implementere ændringer, der giver positiv indvirkning på vores business.
Vi søger en person med stor evne til at arbejde selvstændigt, men også være en del af et team. Du skal være i stand til at kommunikere klart og samarbejde godt både mundtligt og skriftligt. Derudover skal du have erfaring med administrative og koordinerende opgaver fra salg, operations eller lignende.
Dine primære opgaver- Optimere salgs- og omsætningsprocesser: Sikre, at vores arbejdsgange er effektive, veldokumenterede og skaber værdi.
- Sikre governance og struktur: Holde styr på retningslinjer og sikre, at processer bliver fulgt og løbende opdateret.
- Implementere og følge op på initiativer: Eksekvere og følge op på projekter, der udspringer af procesforbedringer og dataanalyser.
Som Revenue Operations Specialist vil du være en central brik i at sikre, at vores salgs- og omsætningsprocesser fungerer optimalt. Måske starter du dagen med en status med vores Data Analyst, hvor I gennemgår de nyeste data og ser på, hvor processer kan justeres. Senere på dagen sparrer du med din leder, Amanda, om et nyt initiativ – måske en forbedring af, hvordan vi håndterer partneraftaler eller abonnementsændringer.
Eftermiddag rundes af med at arbejde på governance af vores indtægtsrelaterede processer. Måske er der en ny retningslinje, der skal kommunikeres ud, eller en arbejdsgang, der kræver en opdatering. Inden dagen slutter, følger du op på et projekt omkring strukturering af partneraftaler, hvor du sørger for, at de rette data er dokumenteret, og at næste skridt er tydeligt for alle involverede.
Kort sagt: Du følger projekter til dørs samt sørger for, at forbedringer ikke bare bliver besluttet, men også implementeret og anvendt.
