Head of Revenue Growth

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Demand Generation team at Pleo. As Head of Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
You will have a strong background in SaaS B2B marketing with a focus on digital demand generation experience including paid social, content syndication, ABM, lead generation and scoring, nurture and email marketing, and webinar programs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles and have led teams of demand generation marketers. You will be self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a track record of impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a small team of demand generation specialists.
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage lead generation programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, to maximise lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns and align efforts to achieve business objectives.
- Measure, analyse, and report on the impact of programmes and improve performance when needed.
