Revenue Growth Strategist

The Challenge
We're looking for a skilled Senior Monetization Manager to join our team at Trustpilot A/S. As a key member of our pricing and monetization function, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our B2B proposition.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering commercial initiatives with high visibility, clear ownership, and proven impact on business financials. They should have experience working in highly matrixed companies, preferably in pricing, monetization, or strategy & operations roles.
You will work closely with our Product and Product Marketing teams to conceptualize, size, and deliver initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer value. You will also research various monetization tactics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop business cases to support implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize our B2B proposition to ensure alignment with customer needs and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to define feature development and package bundling strategies.
- Use commercial judgment, analytical skills, and competitor research to ideate new pricing and monetization models.
- Support the Director of Pricing & Monetization in exploring new revenue opportunities from initial hypothesis to business case development and project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, industry events, and SaaS players to inform internal efforts and bring an outside-in perspective to the business.
