Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Acceleration Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding customer relationships, driving successful onboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Key Objectives:
  1. Drive account expansions and upsell opportunities
  2. Improve customer retention rates and average customer satisfaction scores
  3. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and product adoption

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in customer success, partnership success, or a similar role in a B2B technology-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment
