Job Overview

Dixa is seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS LEADER to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs. You will create tailored success plans to meet their objectives and drive long-term value. Your goal will be to foster a culture of customer-centricity within Dixa, driving loyalty and growth through exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to maximize retention and revenue growth.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver solutions.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity within Dixa, driving excellence in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and platforms (e.g., CRM & CSM software).
