Our customer success team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional services and building long-term relationships with our customers.
We're looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team and drive the delivery of high-quality services to our largest customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our account management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the coordination of daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Managing contract compliance and SLAs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a delivery management position, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with IT operations and service management principles (ITIL certified or equivalent)
