We're expanding our Customer Success team in Copenhagen, and we're looking for a talented individual to join us as an Associate Customer Success Manager.

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the retention of small business customers from the DACH markets. You'll be responsible for maintaining and securing renewal rates, managing contract renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.

You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive growth within your portfolio. Your expertise will help us develop automated processes and marketing campaigns that support our customers' success.

We're proud to be one of the most viewed websites in the world, and our customers partner with us to improve their online presence. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll contribute to building a healthy customer portfolio with low churn rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and secure renewal rates of clients from the DACH markets
  • Manage and administer a portfolio of contract renewals for 300+ clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and deal with inbound enquiries from your portfolio
