- Outstanding communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Able to surpass sales goals and expectations
- Experience in B2B sales and/or telemarketing or cold calling, preferably in an e-commerce scale-up
- Disciplined approach to duties, with a strong understanding of CRM principles
- Self-motivated and driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
