As our new Global Commercial Director you will doLead Generation and Conversion:
- Analyse, develop and implement winning sales playbooks for each stage of the sales cycle, including lead nurturing.
- Analyse sales conversation patterns and devise effective tactics to convert and recover opportunities.
- Establish clear sales targets and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
- Document both successful and unsuccessful sales processes to create a repository of best practices and lessons learned.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Expected to lead by example, with a strong willingness to be directly involved in deals whenever necessary, demonstrating a passion for deal-making both independently and alongside the team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop our commercial efforts including coaching our excellent account executives from fantastic relationship builders into exceptional salespeople.
- Engage personally in winning high-value deals to demonstrate our commitment to potential clients.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development within B2B SaaS, banking, or preferably wealth management. Ideally from an exponentially growing company.
- Methodical and structured in approach, with a focus on driving repeatable results.
- A hungry, motivated hunter with a go-getter mentality who is very commercially savvy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of wealth management, capable of gaining respect from both the sales team and clients.
- Previous commercial leadership experience is a plus.
- You don't take no for an answer. With proven grit and resilience, you think on your feet and continue to maneuver the conversation towards the opening you know is there.
- Ability to think outside the box and introduce innovative ideas to enhance our sales motion.

- Results-driven and ambitious, aiming to exceed targets.
- Preferable experience in Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management.
