We are looking for a skilled Commercial Insights Director to join our team in Lundbeck A/S, H. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our commercial teams across North and Central Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical sales and marketing to drive business growth and customer excellence across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market presence and support our mission to improve the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities and develop business cases to realise revenue growth.
  • Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse and benchmark business performance using key metrics.

Your Future Team

You will report directly to the Marketing & Market Access Director and have the opportunity to oversee and guide a dedicated team member as your direct report. Our goal is to drive impactful strategies that enhance our market presence and support our mission to improve the lives of our patients.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets including healthcare systems in countries across the region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels.
