We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As the new LEAN Partner, you will drive the systematic roll-out of LEAN principles across the organisation, focused on shopfloor coaching across all organisational levels.

About the Team

You will become part of the Customer Complaint Projects team, supporting the Vice President area Customer Complaints (CC) with project execution, data, training and LEAN. Our team is committed to identifying risks and sharing insights across the entire value chain to set direction and drive change for the benefit of our patients.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimisation projects.
  • Communicate and train employees on LEAN principles and practices.

You should possess strong strategic and analytical skills, persistence and a proactive attitude. A master's degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management is required. Proficiency in the LEAN toolbox, supported by several years of experience in operational excellence within daily operations, is essential.
