About the Job

Pleo is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Demand Generation team. As Head of Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through comprehensive demand generation strategies.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns that drive business objectives. Your experience in SaaS B2B marketing will be key in developing and executing effective demand generation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS B2B marketing with a focus on digital demand generation experience including paid social, content syndication, ABM, lead generation and scoring, nurture and email marketing, and webinar programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns and align efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage lead generation programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, to maximise lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Lead and develop a small team of demand generation specialists.
