Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a TAM, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from large accounts to enterprise-level customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, and analytics. You will also have excellent customer-facing skills and be able to represent AWS within a customer's environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to discuss incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, and analytics.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch/Flemish.
