About the Role:
Agilent is seeking a highly skilled Market Expansion Portfolio Manager to join our Global Product Marketing Team in the Pathology Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating market expansion strategies for our product portfolio, including collecting and analyzing market intelligence to inform market expansion priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies to drive business growth and deliver better health outcomes to patients in expanding markets.
- Liaise with Product Management colleagues and other key stakeholders within the business and supporting functions to execute on product registrations and market releases in several countries.
- Support implementation of product registrations in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, MBA or similar.
- Commercial, analytical, and operational experience from prior jobs, having worked in a business-focused culture.
- Experience in the Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharma, or Life Science Industry.
- Experience with product launch, preferably in Diagnostics or Biotech Industry.
- Experience in market analysis and creation of business cases.
- Experience with market expansion projects and product registrations in different markets such as China, countries in APAC, and LATAM.
- Ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment.
- Focused on reaching or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across functions, cultures, and different time zones.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in business English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
