German Sales Development Representative

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Madrid.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the German market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and contacting potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
- Operating as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
- Carefully designing your prospecting strategies and reaching out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
In addition, you will maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

native or fluent in Germanand has professional proficiency in English.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive towards goals and results, be responsible, positive, and take ownership of tasks.
They will also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours and remote work options.
A self-starter with a willingness to learn from mistakes and adapt to new situations.
