Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Sitel Corp. as a key member of our customer service team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our customer service advisors, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our client's products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for new and existing customer service advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to customer service advisors, helping them to resolve customer issues and improve their overall performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with our quality team to ensure that our customer service advisors are meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with other team members, ensuring that everyone has access to the information they need to succeed.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our client's products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Training and Development Skills: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
  • Coaching and Support Skills: Excellent coaching and support skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire customer service advisors to achieve their best.
  • Quality Focus: A strong focus on quality, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements to ensure that our customer service advisors are meeting the highest standards.
