Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. This role involves responding to customer tickets via phone or email, reporting product malfunctions, and sharing customer information with team members.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Report product malfunctions and issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Service-minded approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Danish or any other language is an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately **DKK 40,000** per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
