About the Role

Ambu A/S is seeking an Experienced Global Product Manager to lead the development of innovative patient monitoring solutions for Cardio and Neurology. As a key member of our Global Product Management team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving forward product innovation projects that meet the needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Needs Identification

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the Cardio and Neurology space.

Product Innovation and Development

Develop and drive forward product innovation projects from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

Business Case Development

Build and present business cases to support product innovation projects, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and financial projections.

Value Proposition and Pricing Strategy

Develop and communicate value propositions and pricing strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Launch Preparation and Execution

Lead the preparation and execution of product launches, including market planning, sales training, and marketing campaigns.

Project Management and Coordination

Oversee the progress of development projects, maintenance projects, and QA/RA related projects from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Innovation, or Project Management

A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business management, innovation, or project management.

Experience in Medical Device Patient Monitoring Consumables

Experience working with medical device patient monitoring consumables, preferably in a global product management role.

Strong Commercial Insights and Expertise

Proven ability to drive and own new product development opportunities, providing expert commercial insights throughout all stages.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to Work in a Global Environment

Ability to work in a global environment, with a strong understanding of international markets and cultures.
