We're looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, performing troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and production.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining support materials, including documentation and FAQs.
  • Support the team in communication on various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support or a similar role (internships included).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and an affinity for technology.
  • A positive attitude and high orientation towards customers.
