Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, creating availability requests, handling credit notes, returns, and customer claims, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a high level of support within the team
  2. Manage orders according to corporate guidelines
  3. Create availability requests for customer escalations
  4. Handle credit notes, returns, and customer claims
  5. Ensure high customer satisfaction during and after contact with Order Management

Requirements

  1. Relevant experience in a similar role or industry
  2. Technical understanding
  3. Fluent Danish and English language skills
  4. Good knowledge of Google Workspace
