Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager/Sales Manager to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the transport and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers within the transport and logistics industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of our solutions across channels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients that ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously adjust the sales strategy.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer solutions.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager within the transport or logistics sector 2-4 years.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
