We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join our team at the University of Copenhagen. Our laboratory conducts cutting-edge research using state-of-the-art technologies, including quantitative proteomics, next-generation nucleic acid sequencing, advanced microscopy, CRISPR-based genome editing, and bioinformatics.

  • Job Description: We are looking for talented scientists to conduct independent and creative research in proteomics and genomics.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Generate large-scale datasets using quantitative proteomics and genomics techniques
    • Analyze data using bioinformatic tools and programming languages such as R and Python

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD/MD level of education corresponding to the Danish PhD degree in natural or medical science. Excellent scientific productivity, evidenced by high-quality research publications, is required. Prior experience in epigenetics, gene transcription regulation, and quantitative mass spectrometry is advantageous.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, pension, and terms of employment in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Academics Central organization. A possibility of extension after 2 years of employment depends on performance.
