About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Better Collective. As a key member of our CRM and Product Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and optimising business processes through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment across commercial and marketing ops and tech initiatives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Agile Business Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for optimisation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Data Integrity and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • A completed or studying Business Analyst qualification (e.g., IIBA or BCS).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customisation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
  • Agile Certification desired.
  • Exceptional knowledge of JIRA ticketing methodologies and processes.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
