About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Better Collective. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the Salesforce product life cycle, conducting comprehensive business analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Product Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise the Salesforce product roadmap, act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Agile Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for optimisation across commercial and marketing ops and tech initiatives, translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teams, facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure alignment across teams, serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Develop and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency, design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights, continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Completed or studying a Business Analyst qualification (e.g., IIBA or BCS), minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role, proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customisation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments, Agile Certification desired, exceptional knowledge of JIRA ticketing methodologies and processes, Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirable, familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
