We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Norway. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional looking to drive market expansion and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams. A commercial background, preferably from a tech company, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with C-Level executives are also crucial.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business in Norway and delivering results-driven sales strategies. You will work closely with our leadership team, marketing team, and commercial team to develop and execute go-to-market plans. Your focus will be on building client relationships through the sales process and ensuring seamless handovers to our Customer Success team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
