The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our Nordic sales team as a Business Development Executive. Your primary focus will be on growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, working closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.

You will be responsible for introducing SUPERB to hospitality businesses in your territory, overseeing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and achieving monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts. Additionally, you will partner with our product and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop effective strategies to position SUPERB in the market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Grow our customer base and revenue in the Nordics
  2. Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs
  3. Introduce SUPERB to hospitality businesses in your territory
  4. Oversight of sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
  5. Achievement of monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts

Requirements:

  • +1 year's experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
  • Danish on a fluent level and comfortable with English as that is our business language
  • You live in/near Jutland and are able to travel around for customer meetings
  • High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)
  • A collaborative team player mentality
