Job Description

The Biotech Sales Director is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong consultative approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate at senior management level.

You will work closely with the Solutions Consultants and Commercial Operations to ensure smooth transition to delivery and execute on your territory/account sales strategy to gain market share and build high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities across all SBUs, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • New Business Acquisition
    • Prospect and identify potential new business opportunities within specified customer account(s).
    • Develop strategic sales plans for each target account.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain close relationships with delivery teams for identification of new opportunities to ensure account growth.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience
    • Multiple years of commercial CRO experience selling clinical trial solutions, Ph II and III.
  • Education
    • A bachelor's degree required, an advanced degree will be preferred.
