Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description
PARETO SECURITIES AS is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Sales Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and communication. You will be responsible for collecting, manipulating, and interpreting large and complex data sets, and applying statistical and mathematical methods to draw conclusions and make predictions.
You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to analyze sales performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Data Insights: Utilize Salesforce automation and reporting hubs to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth and velocity, win/loss rates, activity measurement, and quota attainment.
- Customer Metrics: Develop a deep understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and time-to-renewal (TTR) to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance prospecting, renewal, and upsell processes.
- Performance Stats: Identify sales performance trends, make recommendations for business improvements based on results, and build and maintain SFDC dashboards for reps and managers to leverage in their day-to-day.
- Funnel Analytics: Leverage expertise in SFDC, SQL, and BI tools to support the sales team and track analytics across the entire funnel.
- Sales Reporting: Deliver regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales strategy and performance.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience using various software and platforms that enable data analysis and visualization, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is critical.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
- Business acumen in SaaS is essential to understand the goals, objectives, and challenges of the sales organization and the industry.
