Job Description

The Brand Performance Lead will play a crucial role in driving customer success for NielsenIQ's Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area across Western Europe. This position reports directly to the SA&I Customer Success regional leader and is responsible for leading high-performing teams, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement practice area organization balancing methodological, language, and technical needs in collaboration with the Regional Customer Success lead.
  • Manage the P&L of the practice area, including W&S and T&E budgets, to ensure timely revenue recognition and profitable execution.
  • Support hub strategy for market and product lines, coordinating with global commercial strategy team and regional Sales partners.
  • Develop and implement cross-training programs to maximize solution and delivery excellence, expertise, and staffing flexibility.
  • Establish and measure high delivery standards, driving client satisfaction and repeat sales through timely deliverables.
  • Contribute to meeting regional revenue targets by supporting repeat sales and timely deliverables, ensuring all delivery schedules are optimized.
  • Coordinate and support regional Sales partners on client and project revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Represent Customer Success at key client meetings, Top-To-Top meetings, and key engagements as relevant.
  • Work with the global commercial strategy team and across regions within the global SA&I customer success team to develop and implement best delivery practices.
  • Prioritize cycle time reductions across ad hoc methods, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to drive organizational efficiency, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide input into product and toolkit roadmap, representing regional needs for the practice area.
  • Support industry and thought leadership efforts, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and services.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in Analytics Consultancy/Market Research leadership roles, preferably with expertise in Brand & Media Solutions.
  • Proven leader of high-performing teams, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies, customers, modern, and traditional markets, as well as good knowledge of NielsenIQ products, services, and data.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations and resolving client issues.
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve client business issues.
  • Experience using large data sets to find insights and make recommendations, with a high say-do ratio.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
  • Capable of driving organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
