Customer Development Specialist

As a Customer Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To thrive in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, and be fluent in Dutch to effectively engage with the Dutch market.

The ideal candidate will be:

Your targets will be 20 held meetings per quarter. To achieve this, on average, it takes about 200 activities per week (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach). We provide several systems to help you: Outreach.io, Lusha, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Navigator.

The role is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. Onboarding consists of 2 intense weeks of training, followed by continuous learning as you go.

Career path: SDR → Sr. SDR → AE/AM. Normally, it takes 6 months of hitting targets to be eligible for a promotion, and most hiring happens from within.
