Business Development Manager

The Hub, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Nordics.
About the Role:As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams to understand the needs of the market and develop effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with hospitality businesses in your territory. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that Superb remains a leader in the market.
To achieve success in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong consultative approach to sales. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Additionally, you should be proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and have a solid understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Prospect and build relationships with hospitality businesses in your territory
