Job Overview
Gedus Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved, and operational efficiency is maximized.
Key Responsibilities
- Create partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the program management team to maximize enrolment for study abroad programs.
- Assist the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
- Analyze customer feedback data to determine satisfaction with company products and services.
- Conduct business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly.
- Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities with company executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
Requirements
Experience of B2B sales in Edtech/Education Industry/Agent Network/Institutions is mandatory.
