The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can lead and grow the business of assigned clients and partners in the Nordics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key clients and partners, developing and executing account strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the market.
  • Leverage strong relationships with clients to identify and create new business opportunities, driving innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and specialist knowledge to support their development and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the payments business and/or financial services sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal).
