Secomea is a leading provider of Industrial IoT, Cybersecurity, and Secure Remote Access solutions. As a fast-growing tech company, we're expanding our sales team and seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Research and Identification: Conduct in-depth research on global companies in our target segments to identify potential clients for our remote access solution.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Establish connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers to map out influencers and potential buyers.
- Needs Assessment and Demo Delivery: Engage with prospects to uncover their business pains and goals, then deliver initial discovery demos to spark interest in our solution.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Set up qualified first appointments by engaging with prospects and identifying their needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our internal teams to land new business and drive sales growth.
Who We're Looking For
- A motivated and results-driven sales professional with 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in SaaS enterprise segments.
- A strong communicator with excellent phone and email skills, able to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- An organized and detail-oriented individual who follows sales processes and utilizes tools like Salesforce to manage leads and pipeline.
- A proactive and ambitious candidate with a commercial and curious mindset, eager to grow their sales career with a fast-paced company like Secomea.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required, as well as proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, or a combination of the languages.
