We're on the lookout for a talented Enterprise Sales Development Representative who speaks Nordic languages to join our dynamic team at Secomea.

About the Role:

  • Research: Conduct thorough research on global companies in our target segments to identify potential clients for our remote access solution.
  • Reach Out: Connect with key stakeholders and map out the influencers and decision-makers at identified companies.
  • Identify Needs: Analyze the needs and pains of potential clients to spark their interest in our solution and connect them with our Account Executives.
  • Discovery Demos: Run initial discovery demos to showcase the value of our remote access solution.
  • Deliver Leads: Set up qualified first appointments by engaging with prospects, uncovering their business goals and challenges, and delivering leads to our sales team.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams, including Marketing, Account Executives, and Partnerships, to drive new business and growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or sales development, preferably in SaaS enterprise segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets in a competitive sales environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, or a combination of these).
  • A commercial and curious mindset, with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-activity setting and thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused company like Secomea.
