Vi søger en erfaren og resultatorienteret leder til at lede vores Demand Planning team. Som Head of Demand Planning vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre høj kvalitet af salgsforecast på en op til 24 måneders horisont i tæt samarbejde med Salg og Marketing i Carlsberg Danmark.

Ansvarsområder
  • Lede og udvikle Demand Planning teamet
  • Sikre høj forecast accuracy, OTIF, stock service level og perfect order
  • Drive og udvikle Demand Review i S&OP processen
  • Udvikle og vedligeholde demand forecast på en 24 måneders horisont
  • Sikre leverancer i forbindelse med budget og 3-års planer
  • Arbejde sammen med Salg og Marketing for at få indsigt i markedsdynamikkerne og årsagerne til prognoseafvigelser
  • Administrere overvågningen af resultater, vurdere prognoser med afvigelser og foretage de nødvendige tilpasninger
  • Samarbejde med Demand Planning indenfor Carlsberg Vesteuropa for at udvikle og implementere Best Practice
  • Udvikle og vedligeholde gode relationer på tværs af hele værdikæden
  • Sikre gode relationer med nøglekunder
Kvalifikationer
  • Min. 3 års erfaring indenfor en lignende stilling i et produktionsmiljø
  • Erfaring med personaleledelse
  • Erfaring med demand planning og projekter
  • Kendskab til SAP
  • Klare mål og evne til at følge op på dem
  • Kvaliteter i at fortolke og anvende data nøje
  • Inspirerende leder, der fokuserer på at udvikle og empower medarbejdere
  • Kommunikation med indflydelse og evne til at tage handling
  • Ambassadør for Health & Safety
  • Motiveret af tillid og integritet
  • Flydende i dansk og engelsk, skriftligt og tale
