Sales and Renewals Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Industrial and Financial Systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development:
You'll develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Customer Engagement:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively engage with customers and partners.
Contract and License Management:This role involves managing and maintaining complete CRM and Account hygiene, as well as sales cadence, administration, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting.
Compliance and Risk Management:The Enterprise Sales Representative will work proactively with customers and partners to ensure they're using IFS software assets in alignment with contractual terms and conditions.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong sales execution skills and a willingness to continue sharpening these skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships.
- Complex data manipulation skills using Excel and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience working in high-pressure situations.
