At Industrial and Financial Systems, we're seeking a skilled Digital Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales and customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution:

The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

Customer Relationships:

The individual will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and successful renewal of contracts and license management.

Licensing and Contract Management:

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance risks are mitigated by proactively managing IFS' Intellectual Property Rights.

Team Collaboration:

The Digital Sales Executive will work closely with Regional Renewals lead, Regional Customer Optimization lead, Install Base Sales, and other key stakeholders in the region.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong sales execution skills and a willingness to continue sharpening these skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Complex data manipulation skills using Excel and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience working in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of IFS.com or comparable technologies, including ERP, EAM, and/or FSM.
