We're looking for a talented Sales and Renewals Manager to drive growth and success at Industrial and Financial Systems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Execution:

You'll create and execute account plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts.

Customer Engagement:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively engage with customers and partners.

Contract and License Management:

This role involves managing and maintaining complete CRM and Account hygiene, as well as sales cadence, administration, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting.

Compliance and Risk Management:

The Sales and Renewals Manager will work proactively with customers and partners to ensure they're using IFS software assets in alignment with contractual terms and conditions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, renewals, sales, account management, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Complex data manipulation skills using Excel and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience working in high-pressure situations.
