About the Position

The position involves teaching core courses in organization and strategy at both the bachelor's and master's levels, as well as conducting research and contributing to the development of the SOM Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, industrial economics, organization theory, and organizational behavior. They will possess excellent research skills, including both qualitative and quantitative methods, and be able to demonstrate a promising internationally oriented research pipeline.

The candidates are expected to have received supervision and pedagogical skills development and obtained a positive written assessment of their teaching qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Teach core courses in organization and strategy at both the bachelor's and master's levels
  • Conduct research and contribute to the development of the SOM Group
  • Develop and maintain high-quality educational materials and assessments
