Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in membership lifecycle strategies and segmentation, making a significant impact on the company's growth.

The successful candidate will join the newly established Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Global Marketing, based in either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead LEGO Membership segmentation models by analyzing member data to identify new segments, phases, and lifecycles based on observed behavior.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a common membership segmentation approach and framework, partnering closely with PMD (Product Marketing Development), LEGO Retail, and Global Insights.
  3. Deliver actionable recommendations for campaign teams to increase relevancy and commercial impact, working closely with the CRM Proposition team, CRM Hub, and Membership Acquisition & Market Activation team.
  4. Analyze segment and lifecycle movement to uncover new insights on member behavior and use case opportunities, collaborating with the CRM Proposition team and CRM Hub.
  5. Refine existing segmentation models, improving methodologies and utilizing new sources of 1st party data.
  6. Lead the definition and creation of LEGO Member Lifetime Value to inform commercial decisions, driving adaptation and usage across the business, in close collaboration with Data Science, Global Insights, and PMD.
  7. Define data-driven Member Lifecycle phases to inform acquisition strategies, improve Member Lifetime value, and reduce churn, collaborating with the CRM Hub, CRM Proposition team, and Membership Acquisition & Market Activation team.
About You
  • Education: Relevant educational background in analytics, computer science, mathematics, Data Science, Big Data, or related field.
  • Experience: Senior experience in segmentation and analytics environment, with expertise in SQL-based databases, advanced Microsoft Excel, R, Python, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities, success in driving commercial value through segmentation and lifecycle solutions, and ability to convey clear, concise recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Culture Fit: Enthusiastic, positive attitude, determination to overcome obstacles, and ability to build sustainable relationships across cultures and time zones.

  • Salary: Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
