Customer Value Proposition Strategist, Membership Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the development of our membership proposition and offer.

Job DescriptionThis role will involve designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive membership offering framework that drives customer value and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead cross-functional teams to create integrated, customer-focused value propositions for grown-ups, driving membership growth and significant commercial impact.
- Develop and implement a customer-centric value-exchange that offers compelling reasons for grown-ups to join and stay, leading to high commercial returns.
- Lead the development of the LEGO Group Membership benefits and rewards framework in partnership with PMD, including membership design principles, commerciality, and ROI.
- Partner with the Membership Expansion team to define, develop, and operate membership models, including type tiers and revenue opportunities.
- Define, develop, and implement guidelines for mandatory and optional benefits across markets and channels.
- Lead the approach to capture and use membership feedback and satisfaction to improve and optimize the membership offering.
- 5+ years senior experience in leading best-in-class membership propositions and offerings in an omni-channel context, delivering customer value and strong commercial results.
- Consistent record of transforming membership offerings to become fully integrated parts of the brand offering.
- Expertise in different membership types (subscription, tiering, freemium), applied in combined digital and physical contexts.
- Experience in navigating and building support among diverse groups of collaborators in global companies, including experience working with product and tech teams.
- Strong structured problem-solving and communication capabilities.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
