Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded Sales Manager to join our Higher Education Sales team in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the revenue and usage of Pearson's industry-leading digital products and platforms.

Main Accountabilities
  • Promote English-language education courseware to professors and lecturers at universities and universities of applied sciences, ensuring the maintenance of existing customer relationships and the building of new ones.
  • Advise lecturers and educational institutions on digital learning solutions and their implementation, facilitating effective advisory and sales consultations.
  • Lead commercial marketing efforts in a defined region, with the aim of growing the market share.
  • Maintain a SalesForce database of the needs of academics and students, as well as the development within educational institutions, and feed this market information back to Pearson's editors and marketing department.
Required Skills

  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong business planning skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish, Swedish, and English.
  • Experience working with SalesForce and a valid driving license.
