As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, providing them with expert guidance and support on their cybersecurity journeys. You will work closely with our security analysis teams to deliver proactive cybersecurity solutions, including Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services, and Managed Detection & Response services.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and present summarized reports of our customers' security postures
  • Develop and present operational reports to our customers
  • Manage a group of clients as their primary point of contact for any technical issues
  • Provide general advice and interpretation of customer needs and Truesec's services
  • Help customers on their cybersecurity journey utilizing the full range of services Truesec can offer

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, who can build relationships with customers and drive business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Operational experience in cyber security monitoring, or similar experience working with technical MSSP services
  • Minimum 2 years working in a customer facing role
  • Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers
  • Hands on experience in EDR, NDR and/or SIEM
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Understanding of common threat actor techniques, malware behavior and persistence mechanisms
  • Understanding of Active Directory services
  • Understanding of general network structure and network components
  • General server and client platform understanding
  • Knowledge about cloud security controls and administration, geared specifically towards Azure

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Danish work permit.
