We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customs Broker Agent to support customs export processes, ensure effective operational support, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international commerce and logistics, with a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Customs agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Offer solutions to challenges and resolve issues that are critical to improving performance and profitability for both our company and the customer on a day-to-day basis.
  • Continuously follow up on all customs clearance and compliance processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Participate in customer visits to promote Customs products when required.
  • Communicate and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including Customs Authorities, Maersk offices, and the customer's organization, to build strong relationships and ensure mutual benefit.

We are looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customs agent, with a strong understanding of export processes in various modes (ocean, air, truck, etc.) and customs locations.
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures, forwarding, and shipping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure high-level communication with key stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to multi-task at a high level.
  • Strong process-oriented approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Resilient team player who is goal-oriented and demonstrates a high level of commitment, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (B2 or higher is mandatory).
