You will work across our global product portfolio, supporting clients directly. Your thorough understanding of Support and customer-centric mindset will enable you to leverage your expertise to the max.

As a key member of our team, you will have a key role in supporting technical (IT) driven changes and migrations and be the link between Customer Support and our customers.

With a firm base in your financial markets expertise, including domain knowledge within the customer types and their activities in the areas of Asset Servicing/Back office, Middle Office, Portfolio/Fund Management, and Investment Advisory, you will be able to consolidate information on all SIX offerings into the Global Product Catalog and make sure our internal communication is effective and of the best quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ability to interview, observe, analyze, and document user needs or technical workflows
  2. Ability to elaborate, present, and secure stakeholders' buy-in into vision
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with Financial markets experience operating in a relevant job role
  4. Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple manner
  5. Strong written and spoken German, English, or French are an asset
