Your Responsibilities

As our Sales Director for Professional Markets, you will be responsible for executing Klar's B2B expansion strategy across key markets. This includes:

  • Building Klar's B2B empire through targeted marketing efforts and strategic partnerships
  • Rolling out direct sales services for small and medium-sized resellers, enhancing their experience and driving revenue growth
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in contractor networks, enterprise clients, and large projects, ensuring Klar becomes their trusted supplier

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading regional Head of Sales across Scandinavia and Germany
  • Setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring regional team commitment and driving business growth
  • Implementing performance metrics and establishing initial sales targets for new segments, driving continuous improvement and innovation
