Executive Cloud Transformation Specialist, Nordics

We are seeking an Executive Cloud Transformation Specialist with a deep understanding of business and financial fundamentals, SAP solutions, and customer engagement and value realization.
With 10+ years of experience in Sales or Consulting and/or Customer Success Management with complex business software / IT solutions, you will drive customer value, business outcomes and satisfaction, as well as lead complex global transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering, experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure, and knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environment.
You will be responsible for analyzing complex situations and developing long-term plans to achieve specific goals, aligned with SAP and with the customer. You will also engage executive and board sponsors proactively in your account, utilize executive presence, business acumen, and strategic thinking to positively influence internal and customer executives and decision makers.
In this role, you will collaborate on end-to-end engagements to ensure adoption, consumption and renewal are achieved, while mitigating churn risks. You will also exhibit key actions to guide customers to the Cloud, utilize expertise in Cloud ERP functionality, Cloud ERP Framework, and 1CSW.
This is a highly complex role that requires the ability to manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies. You will be working closely with key customer stakeholders to organically drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions.
In return, you can expect a salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
