About the Role

As a Front Office Duty Manager at AC Hotel Bella Sky, you will play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing Front Office operations and maintaining quality standards.
  2. Providing outstanding service by anticipating guests' needs and facilitating conversations.
  3. Assisting with reservations, upselling services, and promoting the Marriott Bonvoy Rewards Program.
  4. Fostering effective communication across departments to keep everyone informed about daily operations.
  5. Handling cash procedures, payments, and currency exchanges.
  6. Training and mentoring team members while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
  7. Supporting management with new initiatives and adhering to safety standards and brand standards.
  8. Acting as the Property Manager on Duty when necessary.

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotels.
  2. Exceptional communication skills in English.
  3. A strong customer service mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  4. A positive attitude, honesty, loyalty, and a genuine smile.
  5. Detail-oriented and a team player, ready to contribute to a vibrant team environment.
  6. Experience with the Opera property management system or similar.
