Director of International Expansion

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Arting Green's international project strategy. This includes building and leading a world-class project organization, developing and implementing project management frameworks, and driving the setup of global project execution models.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project leadership, ideally within large-scale engineering, energy, or industrial projects. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, working across internal teams, customers, and external partners. Additionally, they will have financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Key responsibilities include establishing and scaling a structured project execution model to support the company's international expansion, defining and implementing best practices for project execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, and driving financial control of projects, reporting key metrics to the CEO and leadership team.
